1. Standard Shell Scheme Booths
- Standard size of 3m x 3m.
- Exhibition space includes stand construction system with real and dividing walls with 2500mm height using white aluminum systems and white melamine panels.
- Fascia board with black lettering.
- Electrical – 1 unit of 13 amp single phase power point supply electrical connection and 2 units of 40 watt fluorescent tube.
- Furniture – 1 unit of information desk, 2 units of white folding chair, 1 unit of waste paper basket.
- Stand carpet.
2. Raw Space / Custom Booths
To customize own booths, exhibitor must indicate this intention in the contract form and will be subject to the agreement and supervision of the Organizers. Cost of construction (booth) is to be borne by the exhibitor and is free to make their own stand construction & design arrangement, subject to approval by the organizing committees. Please note that application for raw space shall have a minimum space booking of 18sq meters. The supply of sockets, lights, carpets etc. to the space are an additional charge under furniture rental.
